Extremely Disappointed Customer

I am an active customer for 30 years odd at the Crown Mines branch in Johannesburg. We are facing a constant challenge in terms of Promotional Item pricing that is being advertised, against the charge at the tellers. This is becoming a problem, once too often. My last visit was on the 09/02/2025, where the problem again occurred. I asked for the floor manager at that time, Mr Clarence, and related this matter to him, and further asked him to please ask Mr Ashley who is the manager of the store to return my call on Monday, the following day. To this time I still await, despite sending an email also to ***. This is a clear-cut indication of the "Don't care Attitude"
