Extremely continued poor service with no attempt to rectify

I had an order of almost R10,500 with Makro Online and they could ONLY DELIVER ITEMS OF ABOUT R1,400!!!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!!! This happens VERY often with online orders with them! They have an absolute pathetic system and one can NEVER rely on an order to actually delivered. Worst part is that they are very quick to deduct the payment, but customer have to WAIT DAYS for a refund when they MESSED UP!!! No compensation to customer, no immediate payment, nothing!! When I send a complaint to customer service, I only got the usual generic excuse that makes absolutely no difference and know that nothing will change. Always just the suppliers fault instead of them actually doing something and fixing their worthless system. Should not be an online store if they can’t manage something as basic as stock. Really pathetic service - actually non-existent!!
