Extremely bad Service from Makro online!

Makro Online is a **** and they are not honest. They fail to assist you when you do follow-ups. To everyone who wish to buy at Makro online I would strongly advise you not to do so after my experience like this people they don't care. I have been waiting for my pots till this day you call them everyday they say they will escalate the matter. You request them to give you the address for collection they tell you can't collect it for yourself. You ask them to deliver then they tell you we will rebook courier! After calling them almost everyday yet I have not received my pots and there is no communication. Makro online is never advisable! In stead use other online platforms.
