Extremely bad service

I had an online order a month ago my order was delivered to kzn of which my address states that I am mpumalanga makro made me to wait longer of which i did inform them that i need those products for an invent. Now i have a ****ing i ordered last week for a ****ing that is on Saturday I get a call that my order is in kzn again how do you deliver in kzn while the order say mpumalanga. Order no:4E2H0H4625. I would really appreciate it if they pack my oder now in Pretoria so that i get it by tomorrow instead of waiting for a week again and spend extr cash that was not meant to be used forbtheir mistake!
