Extremely bad service

On the 30th of june i bought a special of Douwe and Egberts x2 which was on special of R100 each via online,since then i haven't received my order.I called their store directly but still they taking us pillar to post,I called Makro woodmead as its the nearest store and was transfered to the manager by the name of Aubrey and he called on Thursday and promised to deliver today 28th of july before 12pm but they didn't.Tried callling back again cant get hold of him.Makro can you kindly please refund my money
