Extremely bad service

This is the second time I write a complaint about about but they don’t care one followed up about the first complaint I wrote for them worse part is I have requested the cancellation 7 days ago they have not cancelled the order and now I want the money to be refunded to the original method of payment.

Makro doesn’t take customers serious

I am emotionally disturbed by the treatment I have received from this shop
