Extremely bad online service

I ordered 2 items on 09 November, order went through and payment was made. Delivery should take place on 11 November and I checked on the order, just to find that it was cancelled, No communication of any nature, just cancelled. I contacted the call center and was told there was no stock and I can contact the Makro store myself to find out why. I also enquired on my refund as it is stated that it will only be paid on the 28th November. If I cancelled this order I understand but it was Makro themselves who cancelled it, therefore I think it is blatant ******* as they took my money immediately and will wait 3 weeks to process my refund. Makro online will not enjoy my business again.
