Extremely Bad Experience

The worst insurance broker ever. Absolute incompetence and no sense of urgency to matters. We bought a phone from Makro, too out and insurance with them, which so happened to have one IMEI number registered on the Policy, as it was the ONLY IMEI number that was listed on the box. You'd obviously only insure what you see and have knowledge of, nothing beyond. Same with us, we had no knowledge of retrieving the second IMEI number as it was a dual sim, it's only after trying to claim that they were persistent in getting it. I bet we have already explained over 20 times that we knew nothing on how to get this second IMEI number, more so cause we had no knowledge that it was of so much importance. Our claim hasn't been resolved, they keep sending us from pillar to post, with redundant requests. Everything they've ever asked for, was provided but there still hasn't been any win. This broker only cares about itself and nothing of the interest of people. The experience has been the worst and I don't wish it on anyone. Our dispute was on the fact that, why weren't we assisted from the shop to get this second IMEI number if it's so important. They'll insist on saying they sent emails with such instructions, which we never received.
