Extremely Bad customer service😭

I bought a Philips iron which costs more than a R1200 with a 2 year warranty, I sent it back within 2 months as I didn't need to use it right after I bought it. Finally when I used it, it wouldn't remove creases at all no matter how I tried, I took it back and was told thers nothing wrong with it I should keep it.
