Extended warranty poor service

Bought an LG Dishwasher and took out an extended warranty on the machine. It broke in mid 2024. I called Makro lodged a call out which was covered by the extended warranty.

After speaking to several agents who struggle with basic spelling, they got my address right and sent out a tech. He looked at the machine from a distance and said it needs a new motor (without testing a single thing) so after about 3 weeks they came and fitted a new motor.

In December 2024 the machine broke again (same error as before) I lodged another callout, this time someone came out they took the machine away in Mid Jan 2025. I cannot get any answers from anyone about when / if it will be fixed or anything

Can I please get answers from someone?
