Extended Warranty is Useless no service

<p>We Purchased a Defy top of the range oven from Makro and an extended warranty .After about two years of operation the oven started playing up not reaching temperature .We phone Service dept and someone came out and changed the thermostat .Not long after it started playing up again .We again contacted the service dept they dispatched a different company who came out and said they will order parts for DEFY local stove .3 Weeks later I had to phone the company and remind them to come out .They eventually came out and replaced thermostat and elements and left .It seemed to work at the time but there way of testing the elements is to turn them on and touch them very hight tech .Two days later the oven stopped getting to tempearture again we again called the company and they came out again no sorry the switch is now faulty we will order parts that was again over 3 weeks ago are you seriously telling me that DEFY does not have any Parts for their oven or that this is the service we can expect from MAKRO and DEFY ??? over two months to repair an issue on a top of the range eye level double oven that we paid a premium for ?</p>
