Extended warranty, extended pain

<p>I purchased a dishwasher 2 years ago and also took an extended warranty. On 12 April this year, the dishwasher stopped working and I made use of the extended warranty. It was collected by the rpairers on 12 April. It is now 22 May and i still have no dishwasher. For the last 3 weeks I have been promised that the part is coming on Wednesday and it will be delivered on Friday. So after 8 weeks I have no dishwasher and am told notning but lies each time I follow up. This is now beyond attrocious service. So I want a dishwasher, new a loan unit, I don't mind. Honour your warranty and sort me out with a new unit. The store in question is Makro Capegate</p>
