Extended warranty
Bought a tv and the extended warranty. Just getting no response from makrosure for 2 weeks now dont spend money at makro service is shocking

It seems there is no recourse for bad service as we get a different person every time. the stories dont stop. Been given 2 one from Makrosure Ref 13rma Samsung ref ***

31 Jul 2025, 10:22When we phone Samsung they say not there problem insurance is with Makro and as its going with you now in circles Makro just passing the buck no one has phoned us back. Or even can you get tv to repairs station nothing
