Extended Warranty, But You Gotta Chase It

Hello Peter,

I contacted Makro customer care in order to get support for a dishwasher under Makro's extended warranty. After a short delay, I was contacted to arrange for a technician to visit in order to assess the dishwasher.

The assessment was completed weeks ago, my correspondence to Makro go unanswered, and I am yet to receive any communication.
