Extended TV Warranty or Extended Hell

Tv is bleeding badly in dark scenes. logged a call , panavision collected it, had it for 1 week saying testing got called with return details as no fault, asked if they checked properly ( yes firmware and full reset done ) switched tv on and all my apps and login details still there ( when u reset everything gets erased ) and bleeding is still there. Makro ( 1. please send another provider or 2.Refund my extended warranty payment of R3K ) seems your promise is worthless ( and i believed and told everyone your are the best ) guess u changing for the worst .
