Exporting additional charges
On the 22nd of August 2025 I received an alert from Makro advising me that there was a special on the Nescafe cappuccino. If you bought 2 you would pay R100. I went online and ordered 8 boxes which would amount to R400. I received 7 boxes on the 23rd of August 2025 and 1 box in this week. When I checked my invoice I am being charged R565.33 because Makro decided to use a 3rd party to deliver the last box..This means that I paid more than the normal price.. I'm very disappointed.
