Explosive gas cylinder
Bought a 9 kg cylinder bottle and as a first time gas user I didn't know that cylinder isn't supposed to make airy sound when open went to fill it,only for it to explode on my face,luckily the grill top is made out of iron,the weight prevented the flames from burning me as only a few flames could escape,sent an email about it and no response

I received your call three days ago to find out what happened but you guys are not taking accountability,I am still waiting for your findings while my business is suffering,I specifically bought the cylinder and 3 burner pluncha grill to expand and fasten my business,this waiting is causing me a lot of money,I am honestly not happy,I nearly lost my face because of your product yet it doesn't seem to concern you,if it was a priority like you say it it,I would have a new filled cylinder and a letter of apology
