Exploitation on the biggest scale

The problem with big businesses like these is that they think they can get away with anything. Always over promise and under deliver. We have bought items on Black Friday. Delivery was promised with 2 to 5 working days. It has been 6 working days. If you phone to follow up they cannot give you an answer. This is all a money making scheme. On Black Friday they do 100's of millions of Rands business in one day. That money lay in their accounts for days. If you ask for a refund they say you must wait for 14 to 21 days. That means all that money is laying in their accounts for 3 to 4 weeks. How much money they earn in interest without delivering a service or a product over 3 to 4 weeks. This is exploitation on the biggest scale! Will never buy from them again!!
