Explain

I am very upset in the way the Makro Top Rated by Kids Toy Event panned out, you may on certain levels consider it being huge success (have to hand it the sponsors and entertainers definitely a success), however when an unexplained amount of kids that were not a part of the list but were allowed to enter by manually writing in name tags seems ludicrous. I was informed of my kids being a winner and come through on 21st first it was for 9 to 11, then 11 to 1pm however when I got there it was just one of my kids given a typed name tag and my other need I say was extremely disappointed. I even said people are filling in the name tags for the added 3 to 4 kids they brought. No explanation was given, was just told they have an exact amount of goodie bags – but others came in and was given manual tags and goodie bags. Do you in all honesty think that approach is fair and consistent behaviour? I think a good explanation is in order unless you consider the above to be right
