Expensive/Poor delivery
I paid for delivery online but was told that my parcel was sent for collection instead. Meaning I had to pay more money to travel to the courier offices.
The courier charged me extra upon arrival of my parcel and they have a **** that deducts money from your country each day. Now I have an ongoing ***** case with my bank and my card had to be stopped.
My package is severely damaged on top of everything. The customer service is very unhelpful as well.
