Expected Refund hasn't arrived

Makro said they would refund almost R2500 into my account 3 weeks ago, and I've yet to receive anything. I've emailed them, tried directly contacting via their online webform, and also tried calling but gave up.<br> <br> This is unacceptable for any amount of money, let alone two and a half thousand rand.<br> <br> Highly disappointed and expect a call-back with a resolution for this ASAP.
