Expect bad service from Makro Sure extended warranty policy

Horrible service from Makro Sure extended warranty policy for a dishwasher. Stay away from these guys. This is the 4th time calling and it is always the same story that a third-party company technician must come to my house to assess and advise. The "technician" takes 7 to 10 days to make contact and then can only schedule a visit a week later. When the technicians arrive, they do not wear a uniform and arrive late, after hours. No COVID-19 protocol and very unprofessional in their communication and leave your house in a mess. Maybe the machine works for a bit and within weeks I must call again. Then the process starts again. Just a note that the parts ordered for last two visits was close to the price of the original machine and the parts were never installed as each new technician found a different fault. The whole process is very frustrating and many months later the dishwasher is still broken.
