Exceptionally poor service levels coupled with lack of enthusiasm!!!

I have spent 30 min on the phone trying to contact the online support centre. No answer, no support just ringing and then busy dial tone.

I cannot believe that after spending thousands on an order we just can't reach anyone.

Only thing I can think of is that because we have paid already no one cares. I cannot begin to describe my dissappointment and anger.
