been on the prowl for a Generator, I have been to many different stores including a few Makro branches. Everyone promises to call you back when their stock comes in, unfortunately no one ever does. <br> <br> I called the Makro centurion branch and was put through to Ivan (think, that was his name) He told me they had no stock and I asked him to call me if he got any generators in. He called me back 15 minutes later and told me he found one for me. he kept it for me, assisted in collecting it from the store room. He did all of this with a friendly smile and made me feel valued.<br> <br> There are many staff members, in many stores (including Makro) that can learn a thing or two from that assistant.<br> <br> thank you, you are definitely a asset to Makro.
