Exceptional Service

Went to Makro at Woodmead last Thursday, and was assisted by Mr. Dube. Purchased a Defy 14kg Top-loader washing machine, and I must say the service there was impeccable. Mr. Dube explained everything to me regarding the warranty and the offer of an extended warranty. He really knows the products very well, and also described most of the ones in the price range that I was looking at.

He was so patient with me and made my choice easier by answering every single question posed to him without getting annoyed. I also bought a Tank gaming chair at the store, and even though it took me quite some time to put together, I am loving it. The place is big, and their employees are super friendly and always willing to assist
