Exceptional Service
I needed a large quantity of items from Makro Riversands this morning. I called head re three washing machines. I spoke to Tshepo, and when I got there, the machines were ready and waiting for me. Then Sylvia helped me fill up three more trolleys with everything else I needed. Those two people went out of their way to make a normally stressful shopping trip an absolute pleasure. Great service, great store!
