Exception Service
I would just like to commend Friyanda and all parties involved for exceptional service regarding my purchase of a washing machine that by all account they no longer stocked. Friyanda managed to source the unit for me irrespective of all the red tape involved, he was efficient and extremely helpful regarding the entire thing.<br> <br> It nice to know that a large retailer still cares about individuals, it's was honesty and absolute pleasure dealing with him and Makro during all of this. Wonderful service and a welcomed surprise at this day and age. <br> <br> He's a true brand ambassador for your company.<br>
