Katlego at Online - Makro Wonderboom is a rockstar. I had an issue with Makro (Online and Wonderboom branch) that took a month of mails, and phone calls to resolve. During this time, only one member of personnel, took it upon himself to to out of his way and resolve the issue, with regular feedback via phone calls. After I was fortunate enough to get hold of him on the phone (one of my many attempts) he apologised for the inconvenience and promised to get back to me, made all the arrangements for and exchange of a damaged product that was delivered and did daily follow ups until the issue was resolved.
