Excellent service returning goods

I purchased a set of luggage from Makro 8 months ago and used the set once, when the structure of the bags started cracking and collapsing - I took the luggage back to Makro Toti expecting to be told that I cannot get a refund and was prepared for a bit of a fight. To my surprise, the Indian gentleman working there was so very helpful and immediately issued me with a refund - what great service and I am a customer for life because of this.
