Excellent service received from Nicholas

We would like to commend Nicholas from the cycling section at Makro Montague Gardens for going the extra mile in assisting us to get an empty bike box needed to transport my sons bike. We went in on Friday to enquire and gave our details to Nicholas, not ever expecting a response but true to his word he contacted my son on Saturday with the promised box. It's not often that people follow through on promises in our busy days and nothing seemed to have been too much trouble for Nicholas! Well done on keeping the customer service flag flying for Makro!
