Excellent Service Makro/Bosch

10 starts goes to Ashley from Bosch working at Makro Montague Gardens. I had such a run around and disappointment with a fridge I bought and I was ready to take my money back and not because of the fridge itself but for the ****py service I got from a sales assistant at Makro. Then Ashley approached me in the store and got me to reconsider. He went the extra mile for me as a customer and he’s assistance was brilliant, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. . I am very grateful and appreciate everything he did for me. Bosch and Makro, you guys have a true gem. Thanks again to Ashley.
