Excellent service from Vuyokazi Mfobo of Makro Ottery

Vuyokazi Mfobo of Makro Ottery Cape Town provided an excellent service to me. Although the query was not directly for her department she still offered to help. Solution to get was bit tricky but she was patient enough until a solution is found. I requested a pro-forma invoice for out door department, a Makro card was required for the company I was buying for, she waited for me until it is obtained, she still had issues with printer not linked to internet to print, but she insisted to get a solution on how the invoice will get to my mailbox because printer was failing her. It took her almost an hour to get solution but she was always smiling, keeping me informed on every little step she took. It is very rare to get staff like her nowadays. I pray that God protects her and give her career progression.
