Excellent service from Petunia at Makro Vaal

Just a word of appreciation for the excellent service i received from Petunia in the textiles department for going out of her way to find me a carpet that I was looking for. Petunia followed up for me and let me know that i will be receiving the color i wanted next week on Tuesday. She kept me updated and really went the extra mile.
