Excellent Service from one great young lady

I would like to complement an outstanding young lady at Makro Germiston, Altonia assisted me with logging a call to get my washing machine fixed. The sosap dispenser was no longer working and when I called she picked up from switchboard and did not put the call through to someone she just assisted me herself. She listend to what was wrong with the machine and she called the brand, kept me up to date with what was happening untl the brand people for the washing machine finalised everything. She is great, she has the best customer service I have ever experienced at any store. The brand did not have the replacement parts so they credited me back and I bought I hope Makro Germiston know what a great person Altonia is. I remember when I got to returns side, the also very nice ladies there who created my voucher even said if a customer comes through Altonia, they know everything she has done would be in order and it was. Why would I go to any other Makro besides Germiston. Even teh ladies at returns were so nice and helpful. They even went out of their way to check what was on special. Thank you Altonia for your great service. Well done.
