EXCELLENT SERVICE

I needed to return an item purchased from Makro store. Generally this type of item cannot be returned once purchased. I understood that, however the item was not opened and was still in it's original packaging. Manager referred too refused to help, I then approached the store manager and he listened, viewed the item and returned the item for me. Makro Crown mines has always been my store of choice and this time round the store manager truly came to the party. WELL DONE MAKRO CROWN MINES.
