Excellent service by Selina - Makro Riversands

We bought a Samsung washing machine from the Makro Riversands and after a few uses, the machine stopped working properly. We raised the issue with the sales team and after a few follow up calls without getting assistance, I went to Makro in person and I asked to be assisted by the supervisor. Ms Selina was the supervisor on duty, and she called the Samsung team and ensured that they resolved the issue without undue delay. Thanks again to Selina for understanding good customer service and being a trouble shooter.
