Excellent service and organisation during global coronavirus pandemic

Thanks to Makro for making our shopping experience safe and well organized during the Coronavirus pandemic.

I would like to express much thanks to Makro Ottery in the Western Cape for delivering an excellent service during a global crisis.

The queues were long today since people received their salaries, and shoppers are preparing for Ramadan as well. Waiting was worthwhile as the shop security walked the queue to ensure people kept the 2m distance from each other. There was adequate access control and all shoppers received a decent amount of sanitizer to cleanse their hands. The shop wasn't full, the stock was sufficient and the staff was amazing. Checkout was quick and efficient.

Thank you for being safe so that us shoppers can return home safely.
