Excellent Service

I purchased a Wolf Lawnmower and on Friday 31 July 2015 the Lawnmower created a problem - on Saturday 1 August 2015 I took the lawnmower back to Makro to find there was a problem with the warranty, however I was told by the departmental manager she will look into the problem and get back to me - On Friday 7 August 2015 I received a call from the repairs department telling me there was a massive charge to repair the lawnmower - not had a proper year's service from a Wolf Lawnmower and a issue around the Wolf Supplier gone bang I was not happy with this outcome - I decided to contact the Branch Manager for assistance - I was sort of ready to put up a fight, however there was no need for this - I explained my situation - we made some conversation and he stated - he will quickly look into the matter and he will call me back in around 10 minutes - Mr. Carlier called me back as promised and resolved my query far better than expected - The way this query was dealt with will make Makro my retailer of choice and with a Manager of this calibre and customer care attitude - why shop elsewhere. Must say I have told every person I got into contact with this week-end about this incident. Thanks
