Excellent Service

I visited Makro with my mom-in-law as she had a voucher from insurance to buy a new fridge. We went into Makro Montague Gardens and I went to Customer Service to see if the voucher was still valid as it was almost 2 years old. I was pointed in a few different direction but every single person was very helpful. The fridge wasn’t in stock, but on my way back from the appliances department, literally every person I had spoken to stopped to ask if we’d come right. We then went on to Makro Cape Gate to purchase the fridge. It was 25min before closing time and I thought we’d probably be told to come back, but the staff were equally as friendly and helpful. We were sorted before closing time and everyone we encountered was professional and went out of their way to help us efficiently. Super impressed!
