Excellent Service
I recently purchased a R7000 Makro online order from Makro online, i had issues with the delivery address. i gave the call center a call and was helped by numerpous call center agents who immediately dropped the call on me after i explained my problem . This happened a few times !! I then gave the call center a call again and was assisted by Sahiel Harkall. <br> <br> He was very professional and helped me out in a heart beat, Mr. Harkall was the only person to help me , he took my complaint personally and got it sorted with in 10mins.<br> <br> i will definitely be shopping at Makro online again, its service like this that makes me a happy client!<br> <br> Well done Mr Harkall
