Excellent Service!!!

<p>After purchasing a fridge from Makro Germiston on the 5th of April, i noticed a few days later that the rubber by the freezer door became loose. As a result the freezer door would not close properly and starting icing from the outside.</p> <p> </p> <p>A call to Makro,I spoke to extraordinary gentleman by the name of YAHYA, who was extremely helpful, after hearing me out and realising how distraught I was with my week old fridge. He offered me one of two options</p> <p>a) he could send out a technician or b) replace the unit - free delivery</p> <p> </p> <p>I opted for a new unit, the very same day I received my replacement - now that is what you call customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again YAHYA, it's people like you that gives Makro a good name.</p>
