Excellent Service

<p>I would really like to compliment one of the employees at the Makro Bloemfontein branch. We bought garage doors from Makro. I went to the store and none of the employees was helpful as to how I go about to buy the doors, one guy tried to assist and advised we need to buy the doors on the website. Luckily Sanet Aucamp assisted me with another product and I asked her what the process is to buy the doors. She advised me correctly and took my number & said she will order it for me. What I appreciated was that Sanet phoned me regularly and advised what is going on and sometimes just to say she did not forget about me. She kept me up to date the whole time and she was always so friendly. I was really impressed with the service I received from Sanet. Normally you have to phone a company more than once to follow up and sometimes still have no answer, not with Sanet. She really went the extra mile.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that this message will reach head office or her manager and that all the other employees will follow her example.
