Excellent post-review service from Andre.

I recently wrote a review in which I gave Makro a very negative rating based on the poor response received related to the return of a manufacturing default on a Defy coffee machine. Thereafter a very efficient and amenable gentleman, Andre, from Makro contacted me telephonically requesting more information on my issue. He thereafter took the matter into his own hands, arranged for the collection of the faulty machine and had a replacement delivered to my doorstep, within 10 days. Thank you Andre, and Makro, for the efficient and friendly service as delivered by valuable staff members such as Andre. I retract my negative review after the excellent post-review service received.
