Excellent customer service from Makro Silverlakes

A week before the lockdown in March I bought paint at Makro Silverlakes. It was on special which was ending I think a day later and they didn't have sufficient stock to meet my requirement. Mongezi negotiated with his manager and secured the special price for me. Last month he started updating me that the stock has not yet arrived but will inform when it does. I got everything about 3 weeks ago, no hassles. Big shout out to him and his manager for excellent customer service, I am happy to have saved some money. Thank you
