Excellent customer Service from Makro

Impressive, Amazing, Super fast, Excellent Customer Service. Must be acknowledged. :) I was at the Toti branch on Sunday 9/11/2025. I purchased a Milex Air Fryer. My receipt was blown away by the wind. This was indeed stressful (warrant purposes). I thought I had to go into the store to get a new receipt Out of the way drive). So then decided to email the Customer Service Department first. I sent an email at 1:16 pm and my receipt was emailed to me at 2:04 pm. Thank you Andiswa Mdhluli for such a speedy response. Thank you also for acknowledging "my thank you" via email. No stress any more :) This is what Customer Service Should be about.
