Excellent Customer Service

I would like to give my utmost gratitude to Shadrack Thibela from Makro in Alberton for his excellent customer service recieved on Friday 11 February 2022. I went there very upset because I have been struggling to exchange a faulty fridge which was brought there a year ago. And from the onset we were met by a very friendly gentlemen who was willing to assist. He explained to me the process of exchanging the fridge and I understood and also told me that I would have my fridge on the following Monday as the drivers don't deliver on weekends. Mind you I was very skeptical that I would get the fridge on time as promised due to the up and down that I had to do before to get the faulty fridge exchanged and I finally received my fridge and its working properly. Thank you Shadrack for your superb customer service and your supervisor Sello Mashabala must learn a thing a two on how customers should be treated from you.
