Excellent Customer Service By Fatima
Dear Makro,
I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service by Fatima I think she is from the call center. Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and her professionalism and understanding of what customer service is. I would also like to acknowledge her immense input in getting the matter resolved.
She kept me updated regarding my online order and went over and above to ensure that the order is delivered to me. Makro is definitely lucky to have her on the team. I won't hesitate to shop online again.
