Excellent customer service at Makro Silverlakes

My husband and I received excellent customer service from two staff members at Makro Silverlakes, a lady named Lebo (Kenosi) and a gentleman named Penteria. We recently activated the PayStretch facility on our PayJustNow app (both products are supp**** by FinChoice), and we were under the impression that we can use this facility at Makro. We unfortunately were not able to use this facility to purchase a Campmaster trailer, due to conflicting information from PJN in regards to retailers who accept PayStretch. Lebo tried her best to communicate with PJN and to sort our the problem, but the problem persisted. In the end we used another product from FinChoice to purchase the trailer, and Penteria assisted us. Thanks to these two who really tried their best.
