Excellent customer service

<p>I purchased a laptop that was advertised to have 6G ram from Makro Germiston. When I opened the laptop at home it said on the box and laptop 4G ram. I sent a complaint to Makro Germiston. The manager, Roland, contacted me and got all the details. Not long afterwards Michael, the sales person who sold us the laptop contacted me. He explained how the laptop had indeed been upgraded to 6G ram, as he told us in store, and patiently took us through the process to check that it was true. A big thank you to both Roland and Michael for your patient and excellent service. Well done!</p>
