Excellent customer Service

On Thursday 3rd November 2022 I bought a Laptop at Makro Wonderboom. I was assisted by Titus Maglangu in that department. He was very helpful to get me the product I wanted. I went home and started installing my other licensed software. I was quite happy with my purchase. On Friday morning I tried to switch on the laptop but it was as dead as Eskom. I phoned Makro call centre. They told me to take it back to the store where I bought it. As I walked in Titus saw me and immediately got into action. I didnt have a lot of time on available but Titus replaced the laptop in good time. Although I already thanked him I also want management of Makro Wonderboom of how he took care of business.👏👏👏👏👏👏🏆
